This is a charming vintage 1973 cake topper. It features a wedding couple atop a circular base with beaded arch. The hollow, ivory features a floral cutout design. The arch is adorned with pearlescent bead chain and beaded floral design at top, accented with scalloped netting. The groom wears a formal black tuxedo. The bride wears a long sleeve ivory gown with floral lace skirt overlay, accented with pearlescent beads and fabric flowers. There is a singular clear crystal near the bride's hand. A tulle veil flows behind the head with a crown of beads. This darling cake topper is in excellent vintage condition considering its age, including the original box. There is minimal discoloration of the base as well as the netting and lace skirt. Some of the pearlescent beads have some scratching and discoloration due to age. The original box has experienced more serious wear. The wear can be seen in the photos.
