Vintage 1950s - 1960s sleeveless party dress with plaid bodice and sky blue skirt. There is a tie in the front to be tied as a bow tie or square knot. Skirt is longer in the back than the front. Buttons down the front with rhinestone details. Small rust spots on skirt. Dress in Excellent Condition!
