Vintage 1980s Black and Blue Polka Dot Party Dress with Scoop Waist. Piping along waist. Open back with keyhole and bow details. Fabric on bodice has small polka dots while the frabric of the skirt has larger polka dots. Pleating around waist of skirt. Dress is in Excellent Condition!
