This lace overlay dress is a Kay Selling New York. The mint green fabric is most likely a satin given the era. The bust has a satin lining and the skirt has a lining before tulle layer on inside. To mask the zipper on the back has snaps along back of lace layer. The dress has a layer of tulle in the skirt, then a layer of mint satin, with the final layer being white lace. The same is for the bust with the exception of the tulle. The waist is defined by a mint chiffon and chiffon flowers. This dress is in incredible condition.
