Vintage 1970s Boho Bishop Sleeve Ivory Wedding Gown with Sculptural Lace
This is a lovely vintage 1970s ivory wedding gown featuring a bohemian lace motif. This gown is comprised of organza in a creamy ivory tone with light ivory lace embellishments. The bodice is heavily adorned with lace in a variety of floral designs and features a high collar and scoop neck. The top of the bodice, as well as the sleeves, are unlined for a sheer component. The long, bishop sleeves end at the wrist in a cuff that closes via a row of fabric covered buttons. The gown closes at the back via its original metal zipper and the skirt includes a petite chapel train. The hem of the skirt is trimmed in a ruffle detail accented with and floral geometric lace. The dress has lingerie loops sewn inside at the shoulders to hold one's undergarments straps in place when wearing the gown. This gown is in excellent condition with only two small marks of discoloration along the hem ruffle and a small section at the back waist where the organza is worn thin. This dress is perfect for the modern bride looking to capture the vintage boho aesthetic of her special day.
