Vintage 1940s - 50s periwinkle slight off the shoulder party dress. Ruching where the sleeves connect on the bust. Button details on the bust. Pleated floral and metallic thread details on the front of the skirt. Zipper on the side. Small rust spots on front of bodice. Dress is in great condition.
