Vintage 1950s - 60s blue polka dot dress with matching belt and jacket. Dress has a collared neckline and is sleeveless with a small slit in the back; zipper at the side. The matching jacket is worn open and does not have any closures. One pocket on the jacket is real and the other is not. Both the dress and jacket are in excellent condition. The dress is silk, or a silk rayon blend, and has one weak spot/hole in the fabric that is covered by the belt. We will patch the hole for you upon request. One faint rust spot on the right shoulder of the dress. Some small holes in the lining.

Size is estimated to be a 4-6 or smaller. Please check your own measurements and compare to those below. Dress was pinned to fit model.
