Vintage Frank Starr 1960's Mauve / Purple Fit & Flare Tissue Taffeta Party Dress with halter strap. Sweetheart neckline and back metal zipper. Dress does have some flaws, mainly on the front of the dress. There is a water like stain that goes down the entirety of the skirt on the side. There are also a few spots throughout.
